and Tour Lead

Chef Albert Creese brings over twenty (20) years of culinary expertise and a deep love for Antiguan flavors. He has trained and worked internationally, yet always stayed rooted in the rich traditions of Caribbean cuisine.

Albert has led kitchens in some of Antigua’s most prestigious resorts, catered to exclusive private events, and proudly represented the island's flavors to guests from all over the world. His style is bold, colorful, and full of life - just like Antigua itself.

With CulinaryATE, Albert is combining his passions for food, culture, and storytelling into immersive outdoor adventures. From sourcing ingredients at local farms to firing up a coal pot by the beach, he invites you to experience the island the way locals do—through flavor, community, and fun.

Every tour is guided by his energy, warmth, and love for sharing the culinary soul of Antigua with guests from near and far.

Tour Packages

Every CulinaryATE experience blends authentic island flavor, outdoor adventure, and a taste of Antiguan culture. Each tour lasts a minimum of 4 hours and includes scenic transportation, expert culinary guidance, all ingredients, and a full island-inspired meal.

Whether you’re casting a fishing line, exploring local farms, sipping cocktails, or dancing to the beat of pan music, every experience is crafted to awaken your senses and leave lasting memories. All tours require a minimum of 6 guests and can accommodate up to 15 guests per session, ensuring an intimate and engaging atmosphere.

With a unique adventure available every day of the week, there's always something fresh and flavorful to explore.

Acknowledgment of Risk
By checking the acknowledgment box during the booking or request processes, I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in a tour and related activities provided by Culinary Adventure and Tours Enterprise Ltd. These activities may include outdoor cooking using coal pots and grills, handling raw and cooked food, consuming meals prepared by participants, visiting beaches and scenic outdoor locations, and traveling by land or sea via third-party transportation arranged by the company.

I understand and accept that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
– Cuts, burns, or other injuries from cooking equipment or utensils
– Foodborne illnesses or allergic reactions
– Accidents related to uneven terrain, weather conditions, or outdoor environments
– Risks associated with transportation
– Exposure to natural elements, including heat, sun, wind, sand, insects, and wildlife

Voluntary Participation and Responsibility
I confirm that I am physically and mentally capable of participating in this experience. I accept full responsibility for assessing my ability to take part in any or all activities, and I agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Culinary Adventure and Tours Enterprise staff.

Food Allergies and Sensitivities
I understand that the tour includes preparing and consuming various food items and ingredients. I acknowledge that Culinary Adventure and Tours Enterprise cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, and I am solely responsible for managing any food allergies or dietary restrictions I may have. I release the company and its affiliates from liability related to any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from food consumption or handling.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge Culinary Adventure and Tours Enterprise, its owners, staff, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and third-party service providers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses related to:
– Personal injury or illness (including allergic reactions or food poisoning)
– Property loss or damage
– Accidents during transportation
– Adverse weather or environmental conditions
– Negligence (excluding gross negligence or intentional misconduct)

This release applies regardless of whether liability arises in contract, tort, equity, or otherwise.

Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult. The accompanying adult is responsible for the minor’s safety and must accept all terms of this waiver on behalf of the minor by checking the box during booking.

Group Participation
If I am booking on behalf of a group, I confirm that I am authorized to act as the group’s designated contact person. By checking the box, I accept the terms of this waiver on behalf of all members of the group and affirm that they have been informed of and agree to these terms.

Media Release (Optional)
I grant permission for Culinary Adventure and Tours Enterprise to use any photographs, video, or testimonials from the tour in which I or members of my group appear, for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation. (You may opt out by emailing us before the tour.)

Governing Law
This waiver is governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, and any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antigua and Barbuda.

Final Acknowledgment
By checking the box, I confirm the following:
– I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release of Claims.
– I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to agree to these terms.
– This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns.
